Apply the base, dry in the lamp. Apply a thin layer of the white semipermanent, if required by the design of the water decal. Polymerize in a lamp. 4. Apply a thin layer of the base. Do not polymerize in the lamp. 5. Put the water decal on a cotton disk moistened with warm water (not cold!) For about 10-15 seconds. Move it by transferring the film onto the nail. Straighten the film, pulling the free edge slightly upwards. Carefully lay down the folds, removing the remains of air and water with a soft cloth, a flat brush or your fingers. Cure the nails with a water decal in the full-time lamp. (UV - 2 min, led -30-60 sec) 6. Using the fine file, from top to bottom, gently remove excess film from the free edge of the nail. 7. Cover 2 times with the top coat, sealing the free edge.
